You will be presented with an open space area suitable for up to 2 guests with an amazing outlook over lush green landscaped gardens with your own private tuscan feel courtyard.

Admire the ocean views as you collect your fresh eggs or herbs from the seasonal garden.

STUDIO 22 will provide you with a secure, private, restful place with its own entry and easy access.
The car park is literally at the front door!

If you are not shy of exercise take the 3.6km walk into town. A leisurely walk along the picturesque Parnkalla Trail which skirts the coast line and foreshore into Port Lincoln. You can also tick off a number of Port Lincoln attractions best seen by foot.

Boston Bay Winery is ever so close and a great location to spend an afternoon sipping local wine and tasting local seafood, looking over the vines towards the ocean.

Studio is a special place, both peaceful and energizing at the same time.
